Springfree assembly cost scales with the model size and the accessories included. The smaller round and square models sit at the lower end of the Springfree band. The larger ovals and the jumbo round, with full accessories, sit at the top. Disassembly-only jobs are quoted lower than assembly. Relocations (disassembly plus reassembly, with transport included within Auckland) are quoted as a bundle and work out better than booking each end separately. All current Springfree models across the round, square, and oval ranges, in every size from the compact through to the jumbo round. We also assemble the full Springfree accessory range: the FlexrHoop basketball hoop, FlexrStep ladder, FlexrShade sun cover, Outdoor Splash water sprinkler, and the Springfree anchor kit. If you have an older Springfree model that's been out of production for a while, send the original model number and we'll check we can source the manual before you book.

Size-dependent. A smaller Springfree (compact round, smaller square) can be done in around 2 hours. Larger models (the bigger ovals and the jumbo round) take longer because there's more frame, more rods, and more enclosure to fit. Accessories (FlexrHoop, FlexrStep, FlexrShade, anchor kit) add time each, depending on what you've got; typically 20 to 40 minutes per accessory. We give you a time estimate with the fixed quote based on your specific model and accessories.

Yes. Springfree trampoline disassembly is the build in reverse and just as involved: we release the FlexiNet, de-tension the rods in the right sequence, and break the frame down in sections so it stacks flat for transport or disposal. Every fitting is labelled and bagged with the section it belongs to. Disassembly-only is quoted separately and is usually quicker than the assembly, with most models coming apart in 1 to 2 hours.

Yes, both kinds of relocation. Same-address relocations (moving the trampoline from one part of the yard to another for a new deck, pool, or landscaping project) are a single visit: disassemble, move the components to the new spot, rebuild on the new site. Cross-address relocations within Auckland (taking the trampoline with you when you move house) are a single end-to-end job: we disassemble at the old address, transport the components in our van, and reassemble at the new one once you're ready for it. For moves outside Auckland, transport between addresses is on you or your removalist, and we book the disassembly and reassembly as two separate jobs.

Yes. The FlexrHoop basketball hoop, FlexrStep ladder, FlexrShade sun cover, Outdoor Splash water sprinkler, and the Springfree anchor kit all fit during the assembly booking, or as a separate add-on visit if you've bought them later. If you're ordering accessories with the trampoline, tell us when you book and we'll add them to the time estimate.

Yes. The Springfree anchor kit anchors the trampoline frame to the ground, which matters in Auckland's more exposed sites (coastal, hilltop, west-facing sections that catch the prevailing wind). If you've bought the anchor kit with your trampoline, we fit it to spec during the assembly. If you decided on the anchor kit after the trampoline was already up, we can come back and fit it as a separate visit. We don't sell or supply the anchor kit; it's a Springfree accessory you order through them.

Partly. Springfree's in-ground installations use the same trampoline with the frame set into a pit so the mat sits level with the ground. We can assemble the trampoline itself ready to drop into the pit, and we can reassemble it after you've completed the excavation, retaining walls, and drainage. We don't dig the pit or build the retaining structure; that's a landscaping job and usually a separate quote. If you're going down the in-ground route, talk to a landscaper first and us second, and we'll time our visit to when the pit is ready.

Springfree's site requirements are similar across the models: a flat, level surface, adequate clearance around the enclosure net, and overhead space free of branches, lines, and washing-line frames. The exact clearance depends on the model and size. We can advise on the day, but it's worth checking the site before you order, especially for the larger ovals and the jumbo round, which need more footprint than people often expect. Springfree's website has site-specification PDFs for each model with the exact dimensions.

We pause, document what's wrong, and help you raise a parts request with Springfree. We'll complete whatever we safely can with what's available, then arrange to return and finish the job once the replacement arrives. For the trampoline itself, we won't leave a structurally incomplete unit in service; the build stays unfinished until the replacement is in hand.

We assemble Springfree trampolines as a third-party service for people who've bought one and would rather not build it themselves. Springfree offers its own installation service in some areas; we're an independent alternative, not connected to them. Springfree is a trademark of its respective owner.

All of Auckland. North Shore, Central, East, West, South, Manukau, Howick, Pakuranga, Albany, the Hibiscus Coast, and the rural fringes. Out-of-city jobs are quoted with a small travel allowance. If you're outside our usual range, ask anyway.
