We do less.
To do better.
Wand does one thing. We assemble the flatpack you'd rather not assemble. No repairs, no rubbish removal, no carpentry, no upsells. The narrow service is the point. It's how the work stays focused, why we quote upfront, and why we only book a time we can commit to.
What we build.
Flatpack assembly is the whole job: indoor furniture, outdoor structures, anything that arrived in a box or on a pallet. Bed frames, wardrobes, dining tables, desks, drawers, bookshelves, trampolines, sheds, pergolas, BBQs, playsets, cots, outdoor furniture. The full list is on our services page. If it's flat in a box, we probably build it. If it isn't, we'll tell you who does.
How we work.
Quote first. We send you a fixed price before we book the job. Same-week bookings where the schedule allows; we don't claim same-day unless we can actually do it. On the day, we arrive at the booked time, with the tools, with drop sheets if the build is indoors, and we leave when we're done. No surprise pricing, no renegotiation at the door, no vague promises about finishing tomorrow.
What we don't.
Wand isn't a handyman service. We don't do repairs, painting, lawn care, electrical, plumbing, or general odd jobs. We don't lay soft fall under playsets, dig footings for pergolas, or plumb gas lines for BBQs. Old-furniture removal can sometimes be quoted as a same-visit add-on, but it isn't a service in itself. If you need anything we don't do, we may be able to point you in the right direction. What we don't do is the reason we're good at what we do.
