Our services

Wand provides flatpack assembly services in Auckland. Descriptions, pricing, and availability on the website are subject to confirmation. We will confirm scope, timing, and price (or pricing basis) before or when you book, where applicable.

Website use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or misleading communications;
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or scrape or automate access in a way that unreasonably burdens the site.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the site or other users.

Quotes and bookings

Information you submit through forms or email is an enquiry unless we clearly confirm otherwise. A booking or contract is formed only when we agree with you on the service (including scope, location, time, and price or pricing basis). You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide (for example address and item details).

Fees and payment

Fees will be as quoted or as shown on the website where applicable, plus any taxes or agreed extras. Payment terms (including deposits or cancellation fees, if any) will be communicated when you book. If no specific terms are stated, we may request payment on completion or as otherwise agreed.

Consumer protection (New Zealand)

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights you have under New Zealand law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where you acquire our services for personal or household use, or rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986. Where you are “in trade” or acquiring services for business purposes, the parties may agree that the Consumer Guarantees Act does not apply — we will make that clear in writing if it applies to your booking.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including loss of profit or data) arising from use of the website or our services. Our total liability arising from any single incident or related series of incidents is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant service, except where liability cannot legally be limited (including under the Consumer Guarantees Act where it applies).

You are responsible for ensuring access to the work area is safe and that valuable or fragile items are secured or disclosed as needed.

Content on this website (including text, branding, and design) is owned by Wand or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission, except as allowed by law.
