Costs scale with the job. A small flatpack item sits at the lower end. Beds, wardrobes, desks, and drawer units are mid-band. Trampolines, sheds, pergolas, and full multi-piece setups sit at the top, because they take longer and involve more parts. We send fixed quotes based on what you're actually building. Send a product link and we'll send a price that holds. Multi-piece jobs (a whole bedroom, a nursery, a deck's worth of outdoor furniture) are quoted as one bundle.

Most things that arrive flat in a box or on a pallet. Flatpack furniture (beds, wardrobes, drawers, desks, tables, bookshelves, cots), trampolines, playsets, garden sheds, pergolas, BBQs, and outdoor furniture. If it came from a retailer and needs putting together, send a link and we'll confirm it's in scope.

Wanaka township and the surrounding district: Albert Town, Lake Hawea, Hawea Flat, Luggate, Cardrona, Glendhu Bay, and the newer subdivisions around town (Northlake, Three Parks, Peninsula Bay, Beacon Point, Mount Iron, Kirimoko). We can reach the rural fringes and out to Makarora and Tarras too. If you're nearby and not listed, ask anyway.

Tell us what you need and we'll send a fixed quote and times that work. Wand is new to Wanaka, so we'd suggest booking a few days ahead where you can, especially for bigger jobs like trampolines and sheds. If something's time-sensitive, say so when you request a quote and we'll tell you what's possible.

Yes. Trampolines are one of the bigger jobs worth handing over, and Springfree is one we assemble regularly. We build the frame, tension the springs or rods evenly, fit the safety net, and anchor the trampoline for the wind where the kit is supplied. In-ground trampolines we assemble into a pit you've already had dug; we don't do the excavation.

Yes. There's no IKEA store in the South Island, so most IKEA furniture down here arrives as flatpack by courier, which is exactly the kind of job we handle. PAX wardrobes, MALM drawers, BILLY and KALLAX shelving, and the rest of the range. Send a product link or your IKEA planner file and we'll scope it.

Yes. We disassemble furniture for moves, disposals, or a room change, and we can reassemble at the new address for a move within the district. We label and bag every fitting so nothing gets lost, and protect the panels for transit. Disassembly-only is fine too if someone else is handling the transport.

Yes, on every job. Cardboard, polystyrene, plastic wrap, shed pallets, and the bag of spare fittings all leave with us. The room or yard is swept before we go.

Often, yes. A lot of Wanaka homes are holiday homes or short-stay rentals, and we can coordinate access with you, a property manager, or a neighbour, and handle the quote and payment remotely. Tell us the access arrangement when you book and we'll work to it.

We pause, document what's wrong, and help you raise a parts request with the retailer. We'll complete whatever we safely can with what's available, then arrange to return and finish once the replacement arrives. For anything load-bearing (cots, bunks, trampolines), we won't leave a structurally incomplete piece in service until the part is in hand.

Sometimes, depending on the job and our schedule that week. Smaller single items are easier to slot in. Trampolines, sheds, and full setups usually need a bit more lead time. Since we're still establishing in Wanaka, the more notice you can give, the better the chance we can hit your preferred day.
